The MSOA was established to promote excellence in
Swimming and Diving in Minnesota.
Here are just a few great reasons to join:

Conducts officiating clinics and discussions - Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) registered swim and dive officials that want to officiate a section or state meet need to attend a clinic every 2 years;

Assigns officials to MSHSL swimming and diving meets - if you have been assigned a high school meet in Minnesota, you have benefited from MSOA;

Supports the Minnesota High School Swim and Dive Coaches Association (MHSCA) annual scholarship fund; and

Serves as a liaison between officials and the MSHSL, Minnesota Swimming, Inc.(USA Swimming), college swimming and other recognized swimming organizations within Minnesota and nationally

To be eligible for membership, an individual must be registered with or certified by an established and recognized organization responsible for swimming and/or diving competitions in the State of Minnesota.
